I’m currently an Interaction and Service Design Lead at Fjord, part of Accenture Federal Services. I’m a process driven, strategic designer that at various times plays the role of researcher, design strategist, design manager, interaction designer, and third-string UI designer. I’m continually searching for my next, big, sticky challenge and have recently been exploring the role of human-centered design in conversational AI and big data.
In my free time, I wrench bikes, weld metal, read books, hike small to medium sized mountains and say “hi” to every good dog I meet.
